Verifies the public metadata of the VerifiableCredentialProof.

Returns
The corresponding CredentialWithMetadata if successful.

Throws
If credential proof could not be successfully verified
Parameters
- grpc: ConcordiumGRPCClient
  
  The ConcordiumGRPCClient to use for querying
- network: Network
  
  The target network
- credential: VerifiableCredentialProof
  
  The credential proof to verify metadata for
- Optional blockHash: BlockHash
  
  The block to verify the proof at. If not specified, the last finalized block is used.
